Learn how to view your social media analytics using frik.io.
Step 1: Open Analytics
Click Analytics in the sidebar. Your dashboard opens for the current workspace.
Step 2: Read your key numbers
At the top you'll see four cards: Followers, Reach, Impressions, and Avg Engagement. Each shows the total for the period and how it changed.
Step 3: Explore the charts
Below the cards, charts show your follower growth over time, your reach and impressions, and your engagement rate trend, so you can spot what's working.
Step 4: Change the date range
At the top right, click 7d, 30d, or 90d to switch how far back the numbers go. Everything on the page updates to match.
Step 5: Focus on one account (optional)
If you've connected more than one account, use the dropdown at the top right to pick a single account, or leave it on All accounts.
Step 6: Compare periods (optional)
Click Compare to see how the current period stacks up against the one before it.
You're Done
You now have a clear picture of how your accounts are performing. Use the date range and account filters any time to dig into the numbers that matter to you.
Troubleshooting
- My numbers look empty: analytics need time to collect data after you connect an account and start posting. Check back in a day or two.
- I only see 7 days: how much history you can view depends on your plan. Upgrade for a longer window.
- An account is missing from the dropdown: make sure it's connected and healthy on the Social Accounts page.
- The chart won't load: refresh the page; if it persists, reconnect the account so metrics can sync.
