Control which emails frik.io sends you from one place, with a toggle per category.
Where to Find It
Go to Settings → Notifications (/app/settings?tab=notifications). You'll see a list of email types grouped by category, each with an on/off switch.
How It Works
- Flip a switch off to stop receiving that type of email; flip it on to resume. Changes save immediately.
- Every email frik.io sends (except essential account & billing notices) also includes a one-click unsubscribe link for its category — so you can opt out straight from your inbox too.
- Account and billing emails (things like payment receipts and critical account notices) are always sent because they're essential to your account.
In-App Alerts
Separate from email, frik.io surfaces important events in-app:
- A red banner appears at the top of the app when a scheduled post fails, so you can retry.
- Account cards on the Social Accounts page flag connections that are Expiring soon or Need Attention.
- Collaboration events (approvals, comments) show in the in-app notification bell.
Tip
Keep post failure and connection health notifications on — they're the ones that protect your posting schedule.
