A workspace is an isolated container for one brand or client. Its social accounts, posts, media, analytics, and team members are completely separate from every other workspace.
Why Workspaces Matter
- Client A's Instagram never mixes with Client B's.
- Analytics, calendars, and media libraries stay per-brand.
- Team members can be added to some workspaces and not others.
Switching Workspaces
Use the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar. Click it to see every workspace you belong to and select one — the entire app (calendar, accounts, analytics) instantly reflects that workspace. frik.io remembers your last active workspace, even across an OAuth reconnect.
Creating a New Workspace
Open the workspace switcher and choose Create workspace (or head to Settings → Workspace). How many workspaces you can own depends on your plan:
- Free / Creator: 1 workspace
- Pro: 5 workspaces
- Agency: unlimited
Tips
- Name workspaces clearly (e.g. the client's brand name) so the switcher is easy to scan.
- Connecting the same social account into two workspaces counts against your account limit in each.
