Learn how to manage your connected social accounts using frik.io.

Step 1: Open Social Accounts

Click Social Accounts in the sidebar. This page lists every profile connected to the current workspace.

Step 2: Check each account's status

Each account card shows its health. A healthy account shows when it was connected and last verified. Auto-renewing accounts show "Auto-renews." Watch for an amber Needs reconnection note or an expiry warning.

Step 3: Refresh a connection

Next to a healthy account is a small circular Refresh button. Click it to re-check that the account is still working — handy if a post just failed.

Step 4: Add another account

Scroll to the platform grid and click the tile for the network you want (for example, Instagram or X). Follow the login screen to connect it. Locked tiles mean you've hit your plan's account limit.

Step 5: Reconnect or remove when needed

If an account shows Reconnect, click it to fix the connection. To remove an account from this workspace, click the red unplug icon on its card and click again to confirm.

You're Done

You can now see the health of every account at a glance and add, refresh, or remove connections whenever you need to.

Troubleshooting

  • A tile is locked with a padlock: you've reached your plan's account limit — upgrade, or remove an account you no longer use.
  • A tile says "Coming Soon": that network isn't available to connect yet.
  • An account has a padlock instead of buttons: it was connected by a teammate, so only they can refresh or reconnect it.
  • "Needs setup" on Google Business: you finished logging in but still need to pick a location — click Complete setup.
